UAE Visa Assistance

Investor, employment and dependent visa processing linked to a UAE company licence.

A United Arab Emirates residence visa is sponsored — by an employer, by a company you own, by a family member, or under one of the long-term categories. It is not obtained independently of a sponsor, which is why it usually follows a company setup rather than preceding it.

Once granted, a residence visa brings the Emirates ID, the ability to open a personal bank account, to rent in your own name, and to sponsor dependants. It is what converts a company licence into an ability to actually live and operate there.

Charges on enquiry

This service is quoted case by case, because the work depends on your documents, the authority involved and the timeline you need. Send us a short note and we will confirm the professional charges and the government fees in writing before starting.

The main categories

  • Investor or partner visa, sponsored by a company you own
  • Employment visa, sponsored by an employer
  • Family visa, sponsoring a spouse, children or parents
  • Golden visa, a long-term residence for specified categories of investor, professional and talent
  • Green visa, for skilled employees, freelancers and investors meeting the criteria
  • Retirement visa, for those meeting the age and financial conditions

The steps are sequential and mostly in person

  • Entry permit issued, allowing entry for the purpose of residence
  • Status adjustment, where you are already in the country
  • Medical fitness test, which must be done in the UAE
  • Emirates ID biometrics capture
  • Visa stamped or issued electronically
  • Emirates ID card issued

The visa quota follows the office

A company can sponsor a number of residence visas determined by its licence type and the office space it occupies. A flexi-desk arrangement supports very few; larger allocations require physical premises scaling with area.

Founders planning to relocate staff should establish the allocation before committing to a licence package, because increasing it later means taking larger premises rather than paying a supplementary fee.

What a residence visa does not do

It does not by itself make you tax resident anywhere, and it does not change your Indian tax residence. Indian residence is determined by days of physical presence under the Income Tax Act, not by holding a foreign visa.

Assuming that a UAE residence visa ends Indian tax residence is a common and expensive error. Where genuine relocation is intended, the day count and the timing within the financial year need to be planned deliberately.

How we handle it

  1. 1 Identifying the category We establish which visa category fits your circumstances, since the sponsor, documents and timeline all follow from it.
  2. 2 Document attestation Educational and personal certificates are attested for UAE use where the category requires it, which is usually the longest lead item.
  3. 3 Entry permit The entry permit is applied for through the sponsoring company or employer.
  4. 4 Medical and biometrics The medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics are completed in the UAE.
  5. 5 Visa issued The residence visa is issued and the Emirates ID card follows.
  6. 6 Dependants Where required, family sponsorship is processed once your own residence is in place.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a UAE residence visa without a company?

Not independently. Residence is sponsored — by an employer, by a company you own, by a family member, or under a long-term category with its own eligibility conditions.

How many visas can my company sponsor?

It depends on the licence type and office space. A flexi-desk supports very few; larger allocations require physical premises scaling with area.

Does a UAE visa end my Indian tax residence?

No. Indian residence is determined by days of physical presence under the Income Tax Act, not by holding a foreign visa. Assuming otherwise is a common and expensive error.

Do I have to travel to the UAE?

Yes. The medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics must be completed in the country, and most banks require the signatory to attend in person.

Can I sponsor my family?

Yes, once your own residence is in place and you meet the salary and accommodation conditions. Attested marriage and birth certificates are required.

What is not included. Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, court and registry fees, digital signature costs and any third-party professional charges are separate and payable at actuals. GST applies on professional fees where indicated. Prices shown are indicative and may change without notice; we confirm the total in writing before any work begins — see our terms on pricing.
